Transform Performance International (TPI) partners with clients to unlock their potential for delivering performance transformation. We are looking for a Project Co - Ordinator to work as part of a team that designs, builds and delivers solutions for our global clients such as Cisco, American Express and Virgin Media. The Project Co – Ordinator will be instrumental in the successful completion of projects as well as our client satisfaction.

Key activities:

  • Coordinate internal resources, Business Associates and Partners
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop thorough and practical project plans in order to track actions and progress
  • Maintaining positive client relationships as well as identifying opportunities to improve
  • Attending, participating and sometimes running project meetings and project calls
  • Proactively managing and mitigating project risk
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation

About you:

  • Proven working experience in a project related role
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to take initiatives from abstract to concrete
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work remotely with global clients
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite
