A behavioural change solution to get all staff thinking and acting differently in the way they communicate, manage time, run meetings, influence others virtually and cross culturally. This solution is still live and currently being rolled out in India. Transform Performance International designed and facilitated this solution.
We ran a series of ‘vitamin pill’ dynamic modules as part of a leadership development solution, including ‘Building a Team of Teams’, ‘Influence for Yes!’, and ‘Empowering Risk-Taking Leadership’.
We designed and facilitated the annual international leadership conference on behalf of the CEO. This meant creating a compelling, engaging, relevant and memorable experience for the highest seniority of leaders.
The business was going through a rebrand and a significant culture change programme and we were retained to work with the top 300 leaders (CEO down). We built a tailored programme centred on The Leader’s Secret Code research – the blended solution included; workshops, virtual sessions, assessments, executive coaching, dashboards, data analytics, mentoring. During 2021 they were the number one performing FTSE share.
